Create & preserve 20,000 affordable homes in Atlanta by 2026

Bottoms announced the launch of the Atlanta Housing Affordability Tracker. The dashboard provides a snapshot of progress made in creating or preserving 20,000 affordable homes by 2026 and the investment of City-controlled public sources Bottoms' larger goal of investing $1 billion in affordable housing. Last Summer, Mayor Bottoms released the Administration's Housing Affordability Action Plan--a roadmap to increase the supply of housing in the City of Atlanta for a full spectrum of residents.
